Another good read. An thoughtful tale with good descriptions of rural Australia (western NSW). Blurb says "a moving story of the nature of innocence, of families and justice", which it is I suppose but I wouldn't have used those words. However, am having trouble in thinking which words I would use instead.
Novel was a winner in the Varuna awards for manuscript development. Will be interesting to see how this writer develops - some bits were a bit raw around the edges.
